HEALTHY CHOCOLATE COCONUT MOUSSE

Ingredients

1 can Organic Coconut Milk

½ cup Organic RAW Cacao Powder

¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds, White

¼ cup Organic Brown Rice Malt Syrup

Method

First, place the can of coconut milk in a bowl of hot water to warm the contents and melt solid lumps. Then shake well before opening the can.

Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk vigorously until you’ve got a thick creamy mixture.

Equally divide the mixture between two small glass jars and leave in the fridge to set. This will only take about one hour, and then you can enjoy!
