HYDRATING COCO CHIA DRINK

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Coconut Milk

1 cup Organic Coconut Water

2 tablespoons Organic Chia Seeds

Zest and squeeze of 1 lime (optional)

Method

Pour all ingredients into a large Ball jar or glass server and stir until well combined. Place in the fridge to allow chia seeds to hydrate. Drink chilled.
