SPICED QUINOA AND CHIA PORRIDGE

Ingredients

1 cup Organic Quinoa, White

¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 star anise seed

1 cardomom pod (opened)

1 tablespoon Organic Chia Seeds (pre-soaked in 1/2 cup water)

Rice Dream Original Enriched (to serve)

Method

Cook quinoa according to packet instructions, adding spices to the water.

Stir through chia seeds. Serve with rice milk or nut milk of your choice.
