Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered. A tolerance of up to 10% should be expected in weighed produce items. Where ever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with over supply of others, so box value remains similar.
Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us.
Due to the small-scale nature of the growers of our products, we need to order in advance, and are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations once we've placed orders with our suppliers. We may charge a small admin fee as well as recovery of costs relating to products and produce that has been prepared specifically for your order.
If you are unhappy with any of our products we will attempt to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved we will happily refund the payment.
If you signed up using a promotional code, there may be a minimum term associated with your subscription. We can still refund the remainder of your balance but you'll forfeit the promotional credit.
If you incur any outstanding debts we will in the first instance try to recover the outstanding monies through our own internal recovery process. Should this process not recover the outstanding debts your debt will be transferred to a debt-collection agency for collection. Debt-collection fees will be added to your debt and you will be required to pay for collection costs.
