Consisting of staples for a normal balanced diet each box has an average of 10-14 varieties of seasonal fruit & vegetables so you can get into a healthy eating routine.

Mini Box -Feeds a single person comfortably for one week
Small Box -Feeds a couple or small family for one week.
Medium Box - Feeds 2 adults and 2-3 children comfortably for one week.
Large Box -Feeds a large family comfortably for one week.
